Production of organic commercial rabbit meat with no use of steroids, antibiotics, or hormones. Rabbit meat is the leanest and highest protein content than any other traditional livestock meat, with more meat per bone than any other livestock animal. Their prolific and prosperous breeding patterns and numerous health benefits make them the most sustainable livestock animal with no negative environmental impacts.
Rabbits are quiet and clean and were frequent items found in the backyards of people during world war 2 as a protein source.
